The Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice establish a REALTOR’S® ethical obligations to clients, fellow REALTORS®, their professional Associations, and others.
CREA amends the code from time to time to reflect changes in the real estate marketplace, the needs of property owners, and the perceptions and values of society.
The core principles of the CREA Code of Ethics are unchanged. It demands high standards of professional conduct from REALTORS® in order to protect the interests of clients and customers and safeguard the rights of consumers of real estate services.
